Requirements: 1. Initially, the navbar should be transparent and positioned absolutely on top of the banner section. 2. When the user scrolls down, the navbar should: - Become fixed at the top (sticky) - Change background to a blue gradient (e.g., linear-gradient(90deg, #1e3c72, #2a5298)) - Add a smooth transition effect - Add a subtle box shadow 3. The transition between transparent and solid background should be smooth (use CSS transition). 4. Navbar should contain: - Logo on left - Menu items (Home, About Us, Find Job, Employers, Candidates, Pricing, Blog) - Right side buttons (Sign In, Post Job) 5. Make it fully responsive for mobile (hamburger menu optional). 6. Use clean modern UI styles similar to SaaS/job portal websites. 7. Add scroll listener in JavaScript to toggle a class (e.g., 'scrolled').
