Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, communication, and building customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new leads through calls, emails, and online platforms
  • Reach out to potential customers to explain products/services
  • Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients
  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team
  • Maintain and update customer databases (CRM)
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and field sales teams

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of sales principles
  • Ability to handle customer queries confidently
  • Strong listening and negotiation skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools
