Job Description
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, networks, and operating systems
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure uptime
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Perform regular system backups and recovery operations
- Ensure data security, antivirus protection, and firewall management
- Maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and VPNs
- Apply patches, updates, and security configurations
- Support hardware/software installations and upgrades
