**Responsibilities:**
- Own relationships with top 10-15 enterprise accounts
- Drive account expansion and upsell revenue
- Create account development plans
- Coordinate with delivery and support teams
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients
**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of account management experience
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or IT services
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- MBA preferred
