Production Manager

Lead manufacturing operations for a production facility. **Responsibilities:** - Plan and manage daily production schedules - Ensure quality standards and OEE targets are met - Implement lean manufacturing and TPM initiatives - Manage production team of 50+ workers - Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement **Requirements:** - B.Tech in Mechanical/Production Engineering - 5+ years in manufacturing/production management - Knowledge of lean, six sigma, and TPM - Experience with SAP PP module - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
