**Responsibilities:**
- Manage sales of agricultural inputs (seeds, fertilizers, pesticides)
- Develop dealer network in assigned territory
- Conduct farmer meetings and product demonstrations
- Achieve territory sales targets and market share goals
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information
**Requirements:**
- B.Sc Agriculture/M.Sc Agriculture or MBA Agri-Business
- 3+ years of agri sales experience
- Knowledge of Indian agriculture and farming practices
- Own vehicle for territory travel
- Local language proficiency
