• Role Title: Python Developer / Junior Python Developer (Fresher) • Experience Level: 0 – 1 Year (Entry-Level) • Location / Mode: [Insert Location / Remote / Hybrid] • Department: Software Engineering / Product Development Key Responsibilities • Write Code: Write clean, readable, and well-documented Python code for web services, scripts, or internal tools. • Assist in Backend Development: Help build and maintain server-side logic and RESTful APIs using frameworks like Django or FastAPI. • Database Support: Work with relational or NoSQL databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL) using Object-Relational Mapping (ORM) tools. • Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests (pytest or unittest), identify bugs, and help troubleshoot application errors. • Collaboration: Work alongside senior developers, front-end engineers, and QA teams to integrate features and join code reviews. • Version Control: Manage code changes using Git and GitHub or GitLab. Required Skills & Qualifications • Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.Tech / B.E. / BCA / B.Sc) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical certification). • Core Python: Strong grasp of Python fundamentals, data structures (lists, dictionaries, sets), and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles. • Web Frameworks: Basic to intermediate knowledge of at least one Python web framework like Django, Flask, or FastAPI. • Database Knowledge: Familiarity with SQL queries and basic database operations. • Tools & Workflow: Understanding of Git version control, command-line interfaces (CLI), and basic Docker containerization. • Soft Skills: Eagerness to learn, strong logical problem-solving abilities, and clear communication skills.
