Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret data to support business decision-making. The successful candidate will transform complex data into meaningful insights, reports, and dashboards that help teams identify trends, improve performance, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple sources.
  • Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and potential issues.
  • Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Develop and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
  • Work with business teams to understand reporting and analytical requirements.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Identify data quality issues and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Support forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Experience working with data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong SQL skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and databases.
  • Familiarity with ETL/data transformation processes.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure.
  • Understanding of business intelligence and KPI reporting.
